To participate in the draw you have to answer the question correctly.
When you have answered the questions you will be requested to enter your address data and confirm your acceptance of the participation rules. If you have answered the question correctly, you automatically participate in the draw.
The competition will last until 12/12/2013. The following prizes can be won by the participants who have correctly answered the prize question:
1. prize: an adventure trip worth € 8,000 or the amount in cash
2.-4. prize: an Apple iPadRETSCH GmbH reserves the right to pay out the current value instead of the first prize itself. Each person can participate once in the raffle. In order to give every participant the same chance of winning, multiple entries will be excluded from the final draw!
Participation and your chances of winning do not depend on your purchasing goods from or utilizing any paid or free-of-charge services provided by RETSCH GmbH or any other company concerned with the organization of the competition.
Participation in our competition means that you automatically recognize our Participation Rules as well as our Data Protection Regulations and agree to receive the RETSCH newsletter.
The competition is open to everybody except for employees of RETSCH GmbH and their relatives and employees and relatives of related and affiliated companies. At the time of participation participants must be older than 18 years. Persons from countries in which the participation in sweepstakes is forbidden by law are excluded from participating. Persons who participate as members of sweepstake clubs are excluded from participating.
RETSCH GmbH reserves the right to disqualify those participants and to exclude them from future participation in the competition who: manipulate or try to manipulate the competition and/or the offer, and/or culpably infringe the competition rules, and/or otherwise attempt to influence the draw in an unfair and/or dishonest manner, in particular by interference, threats and/or by pestering employees or other participants
RETSCH GmbH reserves the right to terminate the draw wholly or in part (e.g. for particular prizes or special draws) after one draw has been made and the prizes distributed. This applies in particular when the draw for any reason whatsoever cannot be made according to plan, for example in the case of computer viruses, faults in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal grounds that influence the management, security, integrity and/or the right and proper procedure for carrying out the draw.
RETSCH GmbH also reserves the right to postpone the dates of the draws.
In order to participate in the draw an authentic business email address must be provided.
For participation at trade fairs and exhibitions the following rules apply: Only cards/forms that have been filled in completely and legibly will take part in the draw.
Winners will be informed in writing by email. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 weeks. Otherwise all claims to the prize will cease to exist. Prizes are not transferable.
The use of the web pages is at your own responsibility.
There is no legal entitlement to the prizes. In cases of doubt the decision made by RETSCH GmbH applies.
The right to take legal action is excluded.
